Provide a Much Needed Break for Hospice Caregivers - Respite Care
Family members and friends of our hospice patients provide 24/7 care for their loved one at home. Would you like to help by providing 2-4 hours of your time so the caregiver can run errands for grocery shopping or attend to their appointments?
Sometimes they just need several hours a week to have quiet time, to attend to their own needs in order to rejuvenate and continue the important tasks of providing love and support to the patient.
If you have the time to share each week and provide respite care to those in need, please contact the Director, Volunteer Services, Cyndee Kang.

Mission Statement
To provide quality care for patients facing a life limiting illness and to support their loved ones. Our vision is to exceed the expectations of patients and their families by providing outstanding care, comfort and dignity through physical, emotional and spiritual support.
Description
Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
