Paralegal Associate

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: 5 hours a week

How you’ll make an impact

WGLI is looking for a Paralegal Associate with substantial IP experience to address a full range of global IP issues, with a primary focus on trademarks. This position requires work across multiple functional areas to build, maintain, defend and enforce the organization’s IP interests.

What you will do

• Work on partner/sponsor agreements
• Develop and edit contracts,
• Register trademark

You have these skills

• Strong attention to detail, the ability to edit large documents and complete detailed forms accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task including maintaining a docket, tracking correspondence and documents, and maintaining accurate records both electronically and physically.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication emails.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate in cross-institutional groups.
