Cadence Hospice is looking for volunteers who have professional experience working with various pets with various temperaments. Cadence Hospice is excited to build a network of volunteers to participate in our Pet Peace of Mind program with the goal of keeping hospice patients and their pets together as long as possible. Through the support of hospice volunteers, we hope to complete the circle of care for our patients. Volunteers may help with walking dogs, dropping off supplies, etc. It is also our hope to be able to help bring peace of mind to our patients by helping to rehome their pets when necessary.
Cadence Hospice provide hospice services to patients across Orange County, as far north into LA County as Whittier and La Habra, down to San Clemente and San Bernardino County (i.e Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, and Chino Hills), wherever the patient calls home. Patients may reside in their own home, board and care home or facility.

We walk with the patient and their loved ones each step of the way, providing the education and care they need to have the best quality of life possible.
Our team is passionate about building relationships with our patients and their loved ones so that we know what matters most to them. Whether the need is physical, spiritual or emotional, our compassionate hospice experts are available to provide the necessary support. Comfort and dignity are the anchors of hospice care. Our clinicians are highly skilled at recognizing and managing symptoms early, in most cases allowing the patient to remain comfortable at home throughout the end of their life.
