As our CEO, John Lashbrook himself has his own mental health challenges, one of the most practical ways you can help out Hope School Mental Health is by helping John cook his meals. Whether it be once a week or every day, all help is appreciated!
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prearranging one or more times throughout the week you can cook a meal for John Lashbrook. * The ingredients will be bought for you. You are only in charge of the preparation.

We aim to provide an arsenal of resources and care that anyone can access. Through our work, we support and respect all those who fight the good fight against mental illness every single day of their lives. On his own personal journey toward wellness, our founder John Lashbrook has dealt with mental health challenges and traveled the world in search of solutions. His life’s work today is to impart the wisdom and resources he’s acquired to anyone in need.
We seek to help support you through 4 different means; Life Coaching, Support Groups, Therapy, and Chaplaincy.
