Mission Statement

Through connection, compassion and creativity we aim to help the millions around the world who struggle with mental health issues. We aim to provide an arsenal of resources and care that anyone can access. Through our work, we support and respect all those who fight the good fight against mental illness every single day of their lives. On his own personal journey toward wellness, our founder John Lashbrook has dealt with mental health challenges and traveled the world in search of solutions. His life’s work today is to impart the wisdom and resources he’s acquired to anyone in need.
