(Virtual) Bilingual (Spanish/English) Designers Needed - Support Struggling Small Businesses

ORGANIZATION: START SMALL THINK BIG INC

COVID-19 has impacted many of our small businesses and our entrepreneurs are facing reduced or non-existent sales.

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish & English) professional graphic and website designers to help our entrepreneurs develop or improve their website, logo and/or other materials to better attract customers and drive sales during this challenging time.

Volunteers can expect to work with the entrepreneur with regards to understanding their objectives, brand colors, fonts, and other relevant information about their business. Design needs may range from:

- Website design (sometimes from scratch)(most of our entrepreneurs are on platforms like GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and sometimes Wordpress)
- Logo Design
- Printed Collateral Design (Brochures, business cards, etc.)
- Promotional Material Design (Menus, flyers, etc.)
- Digital graphics (for Social Media or website)

Description

We focus on partnering with BIPOC entrepreneurs, women, LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs, immigrants, veterans, entrepreneurs with disabilities, low-income entrepreneurs, and formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs. We help identify entrepreneurs’ areas of need and provide them with free technical assistance across the finance, marketing and legal areas. We do this by connecting them with our community of corporate partners and skills-based volunteers - so small businesses have the network and resources they need to grow on their own terms.
