More than 1,000 homebound seniors throughout Oahu rely on St. Francis Healthcare System to deliver their meals. Due to COVID 19 and seniors taking precautions to avoid public areas, requests for meal deliveries to Kupuna are surging, and so is the urgent need for volunteers.
Join our team of Kupuna Meals Program volunteer drivers. Deliver hot, nutritious meals to seniors and others who are at higher risk for severe illness during the pandemic. You can play an important role in sharing aloha and building resilience in your neighborhood and in our state. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 10am and 12:30pm. No preparation required! You will receive detailed driving and delivery directions.

Mission Statement
Our Mission We are a Catholic Healthcare System in Hawaii, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis, committed to creating healthy communities in the Spirit of Christ’s Healing Ministry.
Description
Requirements: HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS - St. Francis Hospice was the first hospice program in Hawaii, and is the largest service area within the St. Francis Healthcare System. We are looking for volunteers who feel the calling and privilege to help their community. We have many settings available and will work with your schedule. Training is partially online from the comfort of your own home and a 4-hour in-person training orientation every couple of months. For students, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare system but still have flexibility for work and studies. For seniors and retirees, this you can donate as many hours as you feel called to give. Our seniors enjoy giving back to the community and being part of our St. Francis Ohana.
