Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, many San Diegans struggle with access to food and transportation. At the Jewish Family Service of San Diego, our Volunteer Drivers have stepped to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable communities during this difficult time. Whether a volunteer is delivering groceries or driving a community member to their doctor’s appointment, each route or ride taken by a volunteer makes a huge difference in our community!
With three different volunteer driving programs to choose from, we have something for you - whether you have 10 minutes or a couple hours. Plus, we reimburse you for every mile!
If you enjoy driving, creating lasting relationships, or giving back to our community, this is a great position for you.
