The Role:
Corporate Partnerships Associate will help with the day-to-day corporate engagement activities, develop and maintain positive relations with existing partners and provide administrative and routine support to fundraising programs and activities.
What you will be responsible for.....
- Development and acquisition of corporate partners, memberships and innovation services, and other revenue generating activities.
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of strategic partners using a proactive and service-oriented approach; increase sponsorship opportunities.
- Analyze and report on trends regarding fundraising efforts.
- Research, identify, and solicit partnerships with new external organizations and corporations.
- Work with leadership to identify new opportunities for new programs or initiatives; assist in the execution of programming innovations as appropriate
- Provide project and administrative support.
- Build a network of relevant contacts, and stay informed on current initiatives and activities.
- Retrieve information about prospects and donors and update records.
- Update and maintain donor information in the development database and incorporate data from other sources in a timely manner.
- Assist in the creation of fundraising materials for donor meetings and events.
- Attend virtual meetings in the EST timezone as required

- Associates degree or equivalent experience (6 months to 1-year full time paid corporate/non - profit work experience, preferably in fundraising)
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated success managing portfolios of major corporate prospects/accounts through the process of identification, cultivation, solicitation and closure.
- Self-directed team member with the ability to coordinate many varied programs and projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Collaborative colleague with the ability to work with diverse volunteers, donors and staff across many disciplines and with varied perspectives.
