50/50 Leadership is a 100% volunteer based nonprofit committed to empowering, educating, and inspiring women from all walks of life to become leaders in their careers and communities.
We have many teams performing all parts of the work to be done, but we need a "go to" person for all technology-related issues. Many questions arise, such as:
How do we use this? Is this the best software solution for this issue? How do we reduce your cost of technology that we use? Why isn't this working? .... and many more
If you are ready to be the shero for us all, then this is for you!
50/50 Leadership has programs providing financial literacy and mentoring to young women who grew up in foster care, have been homeless, incarcerated, or survived domestic violence. We also are building programming for women in the S.T.E.A.M. fields, immigrant women, and encouraging women to run for elected office.

Description
Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.
We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
