About Working Wardrobes: Since 1990, Working Wardrobes has changed the lives of over 150,000 at-risk men, women, young adults, and veterans. We provide workforce readiness services in an atmosphere of dignity that transforms our clients from the inside out. The final step in that transformation is a success suit to nail that job interview! Through generous donations, we are able to offer clients clothing services in our Wardrobing Center as well as sell quality, new and gently-used clothing & accessories in four retail stores throughout Orange County.

We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in working on Development and Special Events project planning in our administrative office. The office is located in our Career Success Center. Volunteers can work safely and comfortably at their own workstation spaced socially distant in an open concent work environment. Some virtual work may be available.

Projects may include:

Donor outreach

Donor database management

Event planning and logistics

Program material design

Qualifications

Strong computer skills

Microsoft office programs

Ability to communicate (verbal & written) in English. Additional language skills a plus but not required.

Strong phone skills

Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Publisher, Adobe) a plus but not require

Prior fundraising/special event experience a plus

Availability: The office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Flexible on date & time of day.
