Participant Coordinator, Family-to-Family (Remote)

Are you passionate about helping people affected by mental illness? NAMI-SFV is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Participant Coordinator (Family to Family) for our organization. Family to Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. This program is nationally recognized and is in high demand, meaning that we often have a lengthy wait list of people who are eager to attend.

Under the Education Director, the Participant Coordinator will:

• Assist with managing the wait list for our Family to Family program
• Call individuals on the wait list to see if they are interested in upcoming classes
• Complete enrollment for new students

ABOUT US: The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation's largest volunteer-led grassroots organization helping individuals affected by mental illness.
