During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Grace Hospice is seeking individuals like you that want to share their time and special talents in support of hospice patients and their families. Volunteers are a vital and necessary part of the hospice Care Team; you will make a difference for those that need it the most. During this time of COVID, only low-risk patients are considered for in-person Volunteer visits.
We need volunteers for: patient companionship, caregiver respite support, Veteran to Veteran outreach, office work (no direct patient contact), and more!
Please join our Volunteer team! Call or email me today for more information or to learn about how you can become involved.
Sincerely,
Johanna Henderson

For each employee to treat every patient as their own treasured loved one, providing care that affords a quality of life that outweighs quantity of days, and supports caregivers as their hearts find healing.
Hospice is the health care system that mandates the involvement of volunteers. This reflects the history of the hospice movement in the United States, which started as an all-volunteer system.
Hospice is designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support in the final phase of a terminal illness. At Grace Hospice, we focus on enhancing the quality of life and our Volunteers play a key role in our mission. The hospice philosophy reaches beyond the physical needs of a patient and ensures that a patient spend their final days in comfort and with dignity.
Grace Hospice volunteers are as diverse as our professional staff. Compassion and caring are the hallmarks of any great hospice volunteer, and their involvement is a vital part of our team.
We'll work with your schedule.
