The ideal candidate is focused on creating easy-to-navigate memorable website experiences that grow audiences, foster relationships, and promote marketing activations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of paid professional experience in UI and UX design, and leveraging data to improve website traffic and engagement.
• Program and implement designs optimized for visitors including prospective participants, members, and partners.
• Improve process flows, conversion opportunities, and pain points through clever design.
• Apply test-and-learn strategies to determine optimal designs and winning content strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with editorial team, marketing leads, copywriters, website team, and graphics team.
• Attend weekly meetings.
