Changing one life at a time, we serve marginalized youth and their families. Reaching their potential is the definition of program completion: "high school graduation, technical school, college or entrance into the military. Youth receive tutoring, mentoring, art therapy, life and social skills in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Our desire is to create a community where all youth are given opportunities to success.
Board members are part of decision making for the success of our programs and the youth involved.
We meet quarterly in person. We have discussions via email and zoom. Board members are required to come to the meetings and contribute to active discussions.

Mission Statement
Empowering the next generation for a better tomorrow.
Description
Founded in 2013, we received our 501c3 status on July 11, 2014. Understanding our youth is often a silent voice that is not heard; we founded a youth advisory board. Bringing youth 8-16 years of age together, we listened to what they said were issues that impact their lives. We heard the word bully, then came self-harm, poor school performance, and living in poverty. Through our program, kids have a place to fit in. They can speak about what is happening, and we listen and help them find solutions to what they need They learn life and social skills. They graduate high school. They have a future. Children will be safer, families will be stronger, and our community will be a safe place for children to live.
