NYSoM Group is looking to expand their HR Department with a Volunteer Human Resources Manager to assist in creating a dynamic team.

Specific responsibilities include:

Recruitment and development of Staff Roles. Check HR emails, responding to applicants, phone screen applicants, set up in person interviews with applicants. Work with management to define, create and manage staff roles that will benefit the organization and create a fulfilling experience for volunteer staff members. Reports to the HR Director.

Qualifications :

1-3 years HR benefits experience or attending school for HR management Strongly Preferred
HR Recruitment or Sales Experience. Ability to work on a team Good communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
