We'd love for you and your family or small group to come volunteer at our warehouse! This volunteering opportunity will help inspire creativity, learning and fun through helping us build our home learning kits!
Volunteering with Arts & Scraps requires groups no larger than 8 to ensure proper social distancing in our 1,200 square foot warehouse space. Masks are required and are to be worn properly for the entire duration of the shift. We have air purifiers, sanitizer, gloves and face shields accessible on site.

For over 30 years, Arts & Scraps has reimagined recycled materials to inspire people of all ages to think, create and learn.
Description
Arts & Scraps is open to the public to stuff bags with safe, accessible recycled industrial materials. We also host educational and curriculum-based field trips, on site workshops for children and adults and create art and curriculum kits for 10 to 35 students. We bring activity tables to events throughout the Metro Detroit Area. Our warehouse uses volunteers of all abilities to sort, pack and prepare materials for our programs and learning kits.
