These members include those who are high risk for COVID-19 are unable to leave their homes. Deliveries are conducted on Wednesdays with shifts available at 9:30am , 10am and 10:30am. We ask that each volunteer is able to commit to 2 hours although it generally takes about an hour or so. Each volunteer can expect to deliver approx. 3-6 deliveries each shift. The items being delivered are pre-assembled bags or box of grocery food items.(Each package is pre-assembled by the BFC coordinators. The BFC will prove gloves to volunteers and procedures are in place to limit contact as much as possible by organizing this as a "drop off" assignment. Volunteers will need to provide their own transportation. We are looking for "regular" volunteers (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) We will still schedule volunteers for single shifts if unable to commit to consistent schedule.
