50/50 Leadership is a 100% volunteer-based nonprofit committed to empowering, education, and inspiring women from all walks of life to become leaders in their careers and communities.

You will join our team to help implement interactive virtual events. We are looking for an energetic, organized, technically savvy person to co-lead event production.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee sourcing and integrating of virtual hosting platforms
  • Provide insight on technical aspects of complex virtual, hybrid and experiential events
  • Co-lead the production team through the virtual event execution process
Experience that we ask of you:
  • Guiding teams through the execution of live events, shows, virtual productions and experiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise with virtual event/webinar/content hosting platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube, etc.) with a proven understanding of system integrations to support large-scale digital events
  • Experience working on large scale conference programs and global events.
  • Experience working on virtual events for 200+ attendees.
  • Hands-on experience as a producer
  • A passion for events
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
  • Strong desire to work with a fun and creative team.

Description

Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.

We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.

We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
