HomeAgain VR is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven community that offers human connection through shared virtual experiences. Our platform allows members to chat with one another while exploring the world, visiting museums, seeing wildlife, and more. We are a channel for uplifting and positive social interactions, which we believe can improve the health, wisdom, and happiness of people everywhere. Accessibility and inclusiveness are at the core of our mission, and we strive to make our program easy to use for people of all walks of life.

We are seeking a volunteer who will serve as a session facilitator, a necessary role for making our members feel supported and valued.

Since our virtual sessions are one-on-one, scheduled appointments, it is essential that we respect the time of everyone involved. The facilitator's role is to ensure that the sessions happen on time as scheduled and to provide logistical support to our users. This will include:

• Following up with members who haven't confirmed or showed up for their sessions
• Finding a backup tour guide if the scheduled volunteer cancels at the last minute
• Answering questions about scheduling
• Offering basic help if someone is having trouble connecting to our platform

We are an early-stage startup, so your work as a session facilitator will likely shape our processes moving forward. We are always looking for new ideas and suggestions for streamlining our program to reach more people while requiring less manual work.
