Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
- Receives and replies to office emails and mails.
- Schedules and organizes appointments; take minutes during departmental meetings.
- Processes required paperwork for new employees, changes in job classification, salary, record vacations, and time off request, and other related employment matters.
- May assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 40 words a minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Minimum 10 hours per month in-office assistance.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative training required.
- Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Virtual assignments and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Our worldwide volunteers have completed 625800 volunteer hours by painting beautiful murals and family homes, including schools, sports centers, orphanages, churches, and homeless shelters. At Global Paint, we believe everyone deserves to live in a beautiful and colorful environment, no matter their circumstances; increasing access to paint in underserved communities could improve the local economic power for millions of vulnerable families and uplift the spirit of the people.
