Requirements: This person MUST BE dependable and dedicated to not only their craft, but the entire Global Paint for Charity community. This person should be knowledgeable in uploading/submitting content on Wordpress.com, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., and embedding content on websites. This position is for someone who has a very strong interest (and passion) in Social Media Marketing and would like to (1) showcase their creative experience/skills, (2) learn more about the non-profit industry, and (3) grow with the Global Paint Team. Global Paint offers these opportunities to retired professionals or students from various universities and technical colleges to explore career paths in the non-profit sector. We are in need of a full board of new directors with diverse backgrounds such as Accounting and Finance, Non-profit, Legal, Environment, Logistics & Supply Chain, PR & Marketing as well as Communication and Government. The Board will support the work of Global Paint, and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. Passion for the mission as leaders of the organization is paramount. While day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Director, the Board-Executive Director relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.
