Are you 55+? Join the RSVP movement!

Monterey Bay RSVP is a network of volunteers who are 55+ and volutneering in the Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Bay Communities.

Volunteers get to choose from a variety of organizations and programs. You are offered additional benefits such as mileage reimbursement, and excess volutneer insurance! You get to choose how often you want to serve!

You can choose opportunities that best fit your lifestyle and continue using skills you've devloped through your life and experiences - or try something completely new and different!

You will be updated when new communtity needs, volutneer opportunities, and projects come up! You're experience and skills are needed and offer the benefit of making a difference in your communtiy!

RSVP is a national program, part of the Corporation for National and Community Service, administered through the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County. Joining your friends and neighbors in the RSVP movement means that more of the collective power of those 55+ making a difference in local communities through volunteerism can be recognized on a national level!

Benefits offered by RSVP include placements and referrals to non-profit agencies; liability, personal injury, and excess automobile coverage; recognition events; a quarterly newsletter; and travel reimbursement.
