Overview: Seeking strong administrative assistant Skills: Data entry, cold calling, correspondence, organizing events, excellent computer skills and knowledge. Must have own computer or laptop. Reliable transportation is helpful. Reliable internet a must. Time Commitment: 15-hours a week, variable; working with CEO to smooth operations An excellent entry level position is currently available to someone hoping to gain experience in a small but growing non-profit. This position would be a good fit for someone who plans on building a career in this sector. Our busy executive is currently growing a Team of dedicated Board of Directors, Advisors and Co-Workers. You will become part of this loyal team that is forging their way and making change happen in areas of safety and prevention of human trafficking and human rights abuses. Open to all individuals who are interested in our mission to organize and provide the most current and up to date protocols available in these areas. Specifically seeking a strong administrative assistant who has solid Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook and MailChimp knowledge and experience. A flair for design and event support is also welcome, where our prevention strategy is set forth. Training in several areas available as needed. Our perfect candidate could be anyone! A productive high school Senior, a Junior College Student, a Housewife or Househusband with extra hours to give per week, a Retired Individual wishing to make a difference in the world. We are open to all ideas and individuals. Need someone who can offer 15 - 20 hours a week initially with varied hours afterwards. Work from home or local coffee house is preferred. Hoping to bring someone on for an initial 6-month contract. Salary and/or stipend to be determined. Future salaried employment is our long-term goal. Join us!
