Grandma's House of Hope

Volunteers are needed to cook and deliver a meal for one of our Our Rescued and Restored Houses. This is a great opportunity for a family, service group, or business. Meals should come prepared in disposable containers. Meals can be hot or ready for reheat.

In many communities and cultures, it is traditional for friends and neighbors to prepare meals for loved ones who are disadvantaged or distressed. It is an act of kindness that translates feelings of concern into a tangible expression of human compassion.

We are looking for Individuals or Groups to prepare and deliver dinner to one of our shelter homes. Also, consider visiting with our clients after dinner, host a beauty night or game night. Dates, times and sizes of homes vary. Please contact us to reserve the home and date of your delivered meal.

Grandma's House of Hope (GHH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for Orange County's most vulnerable, underserved and socio-economically disadvantaged community members by providing housing, food and trauma-informed supportive services
