Volunteer receptionists support volunteers and program participants to create a welcoming environment at our busy office.
Support programs that tutor adults in English, support families, help community programs find volunteers (and volunteers connect to a cause they care about) and work with our friendly team!
As a volunteer receptionist you are the first person people interact with when they call or come into our office. Personable and organized volunteers to assist the office coordinator with the following duties: Answering the phone, Meeting and greeting program participants and direct them to the proper department, Assisting with mailings and other administrative tasks, data entry and Special projects.
Shift days, times, and the expected time commitment:
We have two shifts daily, Monday - Friday:
Mornings from 9am to 1pm & Afternoons from 1pm to 4pm (some flexability for start and end times).
