Meal Delivery to Homebound Elders in Brookline, Needham and Wellesley
NORFOLK COUNTY RSVP
Springwell Elder Services is an essential part of the social safety net for thousands of older adults each year. They are currently seeking temporary volunteer drivers to help deliver hot, fresh meals to vulnerable Seniors in the towns of Brookline, Needham and Wellesley.
This is an immediate, short-term activity that is likely to last through early-to-mid September. Shifts are typically from 11-2 PM, Monday - Friday. Volunteers can choose when and how often they wish to participate.
- a reliable car, current driver's license and a clean driving record
- willingness and ability to observe CDC/WHO guidelines (masks, six feet, hand sanitizer
- wants to be of service to Seniors
- 55 years old or older
