ORGANIZATION: Open Paths Counseling Center

  • 20 people are interested

Open Paths Counseling Center provides free or low-fee culturally-affirmative, trauma-informed psychotherapy to clients from historically marginalized communities in Los Angeles. Since moving to virtual therapy, in light of the pandemic, social media has become increasingly important to get the word out that mental health help is available!

If you are passionate about reducing the barriers to mental health for people who typically lack access due to financial, geographical or cultural barriers, and you are a social media whiz, please consider putting your skills to use helping Open Paths develop a consistent, reliable, active social campaign that raises awareness about the importance of culturally sensitive therapy and let's folks know how to access it.

You will work with our board and volunteer led marketing and communications committee to develop the actual content to be pushed out on FB, Twitter, and IG. While not required, Spanish fluency is definitely a plus. Thank you for considering this opportunity and we hope to hear from you!
