Food distribution occurs from 2-5pm, but the Produce Pop-Up Coordinator(s) should plan to arrive around 11am to meet the delivery truck and begin setting up.

Produce Pop-Up Coordinator(s) will be responsible for supervising groups of about 4-6 event volunteers in packaging the food and loading it into families' cars in WIN's parking lot.

In an effort to make these events safe for everyone, WIN requires all volunteers to wear a face mask and gloves and to follow physical distancing guidelines.
