Company Description
Liberty Medical Center of Texas (LMC) is a non-profit, in the fundraising phase of opening facilities that provide medical services to the local community of veterans and their families through primary care and mental health.
Our goals include assisting the VA Hospital with wait times and becoming the provider of choice for veterans in our community. LMC will work with Tricare, CHAMPVA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance programs to offer care to all veterans and their adult family members. In partnership with our medical staff, the focus will be on compassionate, high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services. Our team will specialize in improving the physical, psychological, and emotional wellness and work to increase the overall health status of our heroes in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Job Summary
The Board of Directors is responsible for working as a collective to further Liberty Medical Center’s mission and help us fulfill our commitment to the communities that we serve.

Board dues are common for non-profit boards, because as the "heart" of the organization, the board must display that they support the organization and are invested in its mission. When asking the community to support the organization, it is good practice to display that the organization's board members also support it.
