Our mission is to be the premiere provider of palliative and hospice services for patients and their caregivers needing care and support during the final stages of life. We compassionately provide quality services, sensitive to the values, interests, capabilities and needs of those we serve, in a cost-effective manner and in a variety of settings.
What makes By the Bay Health unique! It was founded by volunteers as a non-profit, end-of-life healthcare provider in 1975. It was created by the community to serve the community.
