Local hospice needs office and remote volunteers

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program is looking for volunteers age 55 and older to serve remotely and in the office of a hospice organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Office V olunteer :
Volunteers are needed to call every employee to check temperatures and to call patients and their families every week. Online training is required as well as fingerprinting. The location is in Ann Arbor.

Thank you/Encouragement Cards:
Write and draw on cards to patients with hopeful messages and colorful scenery. Or, write Thank you cards to staff.

Make Masks:
Make and donate cloth masks to staff and patients.
