Providing success through a foundation of literacy
Providing a life of success through a foundation of literacy...ONE child at a time.

Tutor one child, two hours a week and make a difference in their life. No prior teaching or tutoring experience is required. Training is provided in person or online in the highly effective Peak Reader curriculum. A trained site coordinator is always available during the tutoring sessions. The times and dates available are:

Mondays & Wednesdays - 9:00 - 10:00 am or 4:00 - 5:00 pm or 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 9:00 - 10:00 am or 3:30 - 4:30 pm or 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Saturday - 10:00 - 11:00 am.

Through teacher or parent referral, and with the help of volunteer tutors, Children's Literacy Center provides FREE one-to-one tutoring for children, first through sixth grade, whose reading skills are below grade level.
