Growing Home

The City of Westminster is partnering with Growing Home to address the increase in food insecurity nationwide.

Growing Home’s volunteer-run Food Pantry serves hundreds of individuals with fresh, healthy, and culturally-relevant foods.

We have different volunteer opportunity schedules:

Pantry Stocking:
-Monday: 9am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm
-Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm

  • Unloading a large amount of food into the food pantry
  • Cleaning/sanitizing
  • Organizing/stocking shelves


Food Pantry:
-Tuesday to Saturday: 8:30am-12:30am

  • Lifting/stocking food
  • Help families choose their food
  • support foot and vehicle traffic
  • Support families in the waiting room
  • Monitor the number of families
  • Cleaning/sanitizing
