I am currently working with Tom Pageler who is supervising the "Map Scanning" project. He is a excellent leader and works with his volunteers.
Between Tom and Larry, they will coach you on building a deliverable that is useful for multiple departments to the City of Westminster. They are open to suggestions and incorporate the best ideas whenever possible.
