Responsibilities:
Candidate MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH and HAVE EXPERIENCE with all the responsibilities below and work with a great level of autonomy.

• Facilitate recruiting process: post jobs, contact college career centers and guidance counselors, utilizing career websites.
• Pre-screen applicants over the phone and schedule and conduct virtual interviews.
• Facilitate hiring and on-boarding of new staff members including verifying references and communication of job offers.
• Create and update policies and procedures to ensure information is up to date.
• Coordinate training schedules for new staff members to review HR policies, handbook, and policies and procedures.
• Work with appropriate executive staff to determine placement of new staff members.
• Represent BGCM by communicating professionally at all times and provide a high level of customer service by way of personal attention, follow through, and detail orientation.
• Exhibit unquestionable integrity and ethics in discharging duties and responsibilities at all times.
• Other human resource activities as assigned by manager.
