BGCM is seeking virtual tutors to support middle, high school, and some college students on a 1-to-1 basis. Tutors will be responsible for providing virtual tutoring instruction and subject matter expertise in the following: Subjects (regular, honors, or AP level): Math: middle school math, pre-algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus Science: middle school math, science, biology, chemistry, physics English: middle, high school, and college English and writing History/Social Studies: middle school, high school and college history, global studies, world history Foreign Language: Spanish, French, Mandarin Organization: time management, checking grades daily, completing missed assignments Experience: Teaching/Tutoring, 1 year (Preferred) Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program is preferred. Teaching license is a plus Mature high school students with high academic standings may apply Job Responsibilities: Engage with students in a friendly and professional manner to assist with homework and assignments Guide students through content to obtain correct answers. Complete brief progress report after each session. Other duties as assigned. Job Details: Duration: January - May/June Schedule: Flexible (based on student and tutor's availability) Job Qualifications and Requirements: Adhere to professional tutoring obligations and be a subject matter expert. Foster a positive and motivating environment for students. Actively listen and deliver information in a clear, compelling and concise manner. Attention to detail when typing with minimal spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors. Regular and predictable attendance.

BGCM Community Center & Sportsplex is seeking bus drivers for this school year and possibly into the summer months. Bus drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school, sporting and off-campus school events. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $37.50 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed Job Description: Team members work 4 hours minimum per day guaranteed - mostly morning/afternoon shifts. Additional hours are available as needed during the school day, after school hours, and weekends for transportation to and from extra-curricular activities. Great work culture Requirements: Applicants MUST have a current CDL (class C or higher) with both a passenger and school bus endorsement as well as a current medical certification. A willingness to work collaboratively with BGCM staff and families. Must be able to alter routes and/or daily routines based on the transportation needs of the day.
