Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Assistant/SEO Analyst MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH and HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH all the responsibilities below and can work with a great level of autonomy. Candidate will be responsible for a full-cycle of link-building initiatives: setting goals and deadlines and meeting them, coordinating, executing, tracking, analyzing, and then repeating. Examples of additional responsibilities may include:
- Perform keyword research in coordination with BGCM business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities to rank higher
- Implement link building campaigns
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Research and administer social media tools
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- On-page and Off page SEO
- Running SEO audits on BGCM’s websites and addressing any errors or warnings found
- Analyzing website structure to improve user experience and increase conversion
- Extracting insights from traffic analytics and ranking data using google analytics
- Reporting on overall SEO performance
- Recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Xml sitemaps webmaster tools, Google my business
- Using the Google AdWords to compose and optimize campaigns to resolve performance issues.

Community Center & Sportsplex, is a 501c3 nonprofit academic, arts & athletic center for youth & families founded on Christian principles, and is dedicated to instilling in each member that they have been specifically chosen by God to do magnificent things! Located in the heart of Jackson, NJ, we specialize in improving the self esteem of youth and families in surrounding suburban as well as underrepresented and underprivileged communities, while promoting integrity and stewardship, and offering, to youth in our surrounding states from Maine to North Carolina, an innovative opportunity to train, excel, and compete academically, artistically, and athletically.
