The Salvation Army needs your help. We have had a increase in phone callers who need our services. In response we are opening a phone bank and need volunteers to help!

Volunteers will be answering incoming calls to a Covid-19 help hotline at The Salvation Army Midland DHQ. Phone line volunteers will be responsible for providing information about Salvation Army sites and services to the callers as well as tracking basic information about each call via computer. All volunteers will be in a room by themselves when answering calls.

Location: The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters- 1130 Hampton Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63139

Phone line hours: 8:15am-4:15pm. Morning/Afternoon-only shift availability (roughly 8:15am-12pm and 1pm-4:15pm) are to be determined but are likely. You do not have to volunteer for the entire day. You are able to schedule the day in 4 hour blocks.

Ideal number of volunteers needed: 25
