The Salvation Army is still working to bring joy and hope to those in need during the Christmas season. Many people within our community cannot buy gifts for their loved ones or even afford holiday dinner. We need your help!!!! Bell Ringers play a crucial role in helping us to provide gifts and resources to those in need. We have numerous Bell Ringer opportunies at local retail store sites throughout the St. Louis Metro Region. Your support drastically increases our capacity to help more people. Do you know how The Salvation Army does Christmas?! Each year, we fill an entire warehouse full of gifts for people in need. December 16th-December 19th we will be passing out those gifts to bring joy and hope to those in need during the Christmas season. We need your help!!!! The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program served over 5,000 children in the St. Louis are in 2023. The need will be even greater this year. Toy Town Distribution volunteers play a crucial role in helping us to distribute gifts and resources to those in need. We have numerous opportunies as shoppers, sorters, restockers, greeters, navigators, receptionists, record keepers, counters, etc. during this entire week. Your support drastically increases our capacity to help more children. This is a great opportunity for individuals, families, groups, students, corporations, etc to make a difference in the community. The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. So regardless of religion, political party, gender, etc. The Salvation Army is here to do the most good helping ALL people. Year round we share God's love through providing affordable housing, emergency shelter, food pantries, feeding programs, rehabilitative services, utility assistance, rental assistance, . emergency disaster services, veterans services, mental health resources, youth camps, older adult ministries, youth services, community centers, social services, etc. right in this community. However, we are only as strong as our partnerships and volunteer services. Sustainable impact and ongoing positive change are only possible when we are working together. We provide numerous programs and services to impact human need and social issues in various areas. This allows volunteers and partners to serve with us to impact need in the areas that align with their personal values and goals. We are constantly seeking opportunities to partner with individuals and companies to work with us as volunteers. Our volunteers and partners help change the lives of those we serve.

Red Kettle Campaign Kickoff Volunteers Date: 11/23/24 Shifts: 9am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 2pm-7pm (flexible variations available) It is a VIP experience and celebration to kick off the Christmas season with a keynote speaker and paddle raise.
