Are you PASSIONATE about Parkinson's Disease? Do you want to volunteer and actually make a REAL difference in the lives of Parkinson's patients? Then this opportunity is right for you!
We are looking for interested individuals to be an integral part of the planning committee for our annual Golf Tournament in Palm Beach County (date and location are currently TBD due to COVID. Event should take place in March of 2021, but you do not have to attend event).
We need help in the months BEFORE the event, such as recruiting golfers (event will take place in Palm Beach County), recruiting sponsors, collecting items/prizes/gift baskets) for our auction (items should be in Palm Beach County area). This is a powerful and wonderful opportunity for those that are passionate about Parkinson's as well as those that need community service hours and leadership opportunities to build resumes and experience.
This is an ongoing opportunity that can result in a significant amount of community service hours and can be done almost entirely from home with internet access and telephone (most meetings will be virtual, even after COVID lockdown).
