Calling all artists! Help us brighten a senior’s day during these stressful times by submitting coloring book pages! We are creating printable coloring books that seniors and caregivers can use to add some fun to their days. Help them break up their isolation with a fun and creative activity.
How to Help:
Draw a coloring book page - all subjects are welcome but as we are not a religious organization, we cannot accept drawings of religious imagery or messages. Some ideas: a bouquet of flowers, a garden scene, your cityscape, animals, your favorite foods, quilt patterns, a self portrait, and more. Final book will contain 8 ½ X 11 pages, so keep that in mind when drawing. You can submit as many pages as you like.
You can get started right away or contact East Side Elders if you have any questions about this project. Finished pages can be email to Volunteer@EastSideElders.org or mailed to our office:
Our mission is to create a circle of care around the elders in Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen, and Conway-Battle Creek neighborhoods, empowering seniors to live safe and independent lives in their homes.
East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.
We'll work with your schedule.
