Mission Statement

Our mission is to create a circle of care around the elders in Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen, and Conway-Battle Creek neighborhoods, empowering seniors to live safe and independent lives in their homes.

Description

East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.

It's an easy way to make a difference, no matter how small! Just simply pour your heart into a letter, and send it off to a senior who might want some kind words in the midst of this pandemic.

The communication with the volunteers is amazing and they respond to emails quickly and with the information you need! It was so fun to volunteer.

This Organization is surely need your help. I was thankful that I had the opportunity to help out. I love the people there. They were friendly, and I had learned a lot through out the pass months.
