The Fit and Food Connection is in search of fitness professionals available to teach basic cardio, strength, and/or yoga classes on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm. Classes are 1 hour in duration and held at St Peters Church in Ferguson. Each class is part of a six week series that teaches the foundation of wellness to underserved community members in North St Louis and North County. Volunteer for one class or commit to a 6-week series.

The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit organization serving our neighbors in the St. Louis community. We provide wellness offerings to low-income families and empower our clients to get healthy through our five free fitness and nutrition programs.
