Image Impact International (III) seeks a Mentoring Program Coordinator to join our all-volunteer team. The Mentoring Program Coordinator will act in a consultative role for the mentors in our cornerstone program, Mentoring 4 Impact (a two-semester certificate program that in part connects mentors with college students living with disabilities, many of whom are the first in their family to attend college). The chosen individual will act as a resource for all mentors, training newcomers as well as providing advice and perspective on a case-by-case basis. Through coaching mentors on how to approach skills enhancement, career development, and job searches, the Mentoring Program Coordinator will ensure that III mentors are well-equipped to provide these college students with a comprehensive career readiness program. In addition to coaching, the Mentor Advisor will help provide strategic direction for the program and defend and advance III’s 95% student satisfaction rate. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of career readiness programs, experience in program standardization and advancement, and an understanding of first-generation students/students living with disabilities and the obstacles they face.
