United Way recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies in Martin County, matching volunteer interests and skills to create a meaningful, rewarding volunteer experience.

The mission of the organization where this opportunity is located is dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk teens and their families through substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, mentoring and vocational skills training.

Volunteers are needed at this organization to deliver dinner to feed the teens at dinner time.

Requirements include: Preparing and delivering part or all of a meal for approximately 10 growing teenagers. The goal is for them to experience dinner as a family unit gathering around the table, sharing, talking and experiencing a "normal" day. Choose any Monday, thru Thursday evenings.
