MAKING STRIDES TEAM DEVELOPMENT LEAD

The Team Development Lead is responsible for educating teams on how to participate and fundraise successfully for the MSABC event. This position is designed to be a mentoring role for teams. Activities can include sending "welcome" emails to new teams, making motivational phone calls to encourage fundraising, and holding educational sessions to help teams learn how to be successful at fundraising. The Team Development Chair should recruit and build a sub-committee and would serve as volunteer manager for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team Development Committee. Responsible for building a Committee of volunteer recruiters to recruit teams, retain teams, mentor teams and communicate with teams. Lead committee in recruiting community and business leaders to become MSABC team leaders. Available
