History: 6+ years Project Design & Management (Aloha One Love Festival -3 Years, Solano Artist Showcase- 6 Month Contract, Live Music Events 3 Cities Northern California), 6+ Years Team Building and Logistics (Sales Trainer 6+ Years, Customer Service Trainer 4+ Years), 10+ Years Coaching Youth Sports in Solano County (Basketball Head Coach - 1 Season, Football Asst Coach - 1 Season, D Coordinator - 2 Seasons, Head Coach - 1 Season). Small Business Owner (Vendor in California for 8+ Years, Record Label Owner)

Goals: To support the youth population in a way that advances their ability to affect the communities they are in. Not be a victim to the situations around them, but to grow together and share ideas, then put them into action. Ideas that have an organization behind them to help lift them up and lend support in the areas they need. To teach them how to overcome situations, how to research and develop a plan of action, and be a strong positive influence on others around them. Our overall goal is to grow strong young leaders that have the mindset to tackle the task at hand, talk a friend out of a bad choice, see someone’s vision and be willing to support it for the greater good. At the end of the day, greatness is only determined by service and we are here to serve.

Youth Kickball League Mar - July 2020,
Coed, Ages 5-11, Flagship Program

Goal: Youth Development, Breakaway from Frontnite Lol

Park Sitting Program - All Year Around
Picking a park a month within a chosen county to clean and maintain, in order to enrich the quality of life for the community.

Goal: Community Growth

Coming 2020-

Youth Debate Team - October 2020,
*15 to 30 young men and women, ages 13 to 17, that take on ground level issues within the community. Develop future programs within the Organization. Option for training to lead an existing program within the Organization.

Pick up Drop Off March 2021,
*Members will be able to use the D.Y.K.B "Van Service" to have children picked up from home and brought to : School, Work (16+), Sports Practice (Football, Basketball, Track, Swimming, Cheerleading etc.), Educational Programs within FSUSD (Tutor, Success Program, Leadership) & returned home after. For One Low Monthly Subscription!
*Goal: To make it easier for parents that have children that need to be in all the places that can help them succeed. Not need to pay a fee every time one of their kids need be somewhere. Some parents must work 2 or three jobs. Why not help them out but providing safe rides to and from the location their kids need to be?
