If you want to help others make informed choices about where they live and the care they receive we welcome you as an Ombudsman volunteer.

These friendly visitors are advocates who adopt a nearby nursing home or assisted living and visit with residents twice per month. They educate residents to know their rights, work with residents to resolve basic concerns, make observations of the facility.

Pro Seniors long-term care ombudsmen are advocates who ensure that people are being treated with respect in their long-term care situation.
