We’re developing our digital strategy and need a seasoned SEO Manager to identify, coordinate and implement SEO strategies for the Ripples brand to drive rapid growth in our audience through search. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and SEO analytical marketer. In this opportunity you'll enjoy the opportunity to make your mark as Ripples Foundation USA’s in-house SEO expert.
We'll need your help to:
Develop, manage and evolve our SEO strategy, roadmap and vision to meaningfully grow Ripples Foundation USA’s audience
Craft and drive SEO strategy through in-depth content gap analyses, competitive and audience analysis, keyword research, and SERP landscape analysis.
Help us to drive our keyword research process to better optimize existing content and drive new traffic opportunities while conducting SEO analysis to inform our content strategy.
Analyze data to understand consumer insights; help develop target audiences, keyword lists, or content.
Collaborate with our Copywriter and Marketing manager to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms and events and provide clear direction regarding optimizing existing content to drive better performance.
Help us to establish a framework to measure the effectiveness of all SEO and SEM strategies including:
Tracking, analyzing and reporting on traffic, rankings, content, backlinks and business performance.
Provide monthly reporting on our search performance.
Regularly benchmark our performance against competitors.
Measure results of campaigns in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and external tools like Moz and SEMrush, using detailed performance metrics, behavioral data, and market trends.
Collaborate with copywriter and marketing manager to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms and events.
Work closely with our product and editorial teams to manage our SEO roadmap.
Be part of our team that develops our SEO product and technical priorities, working with our content and product teams to prioritize the product roadmap and balance organic growth with user experience.
Experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Good record of driving growth in organic search traffic
Deep understanding of web analytics, and SEO * Experience optimizing websites and campaigns
Experience working with an analytics tool and A/B testing tool. Technologies available are Google Analytics and Google Optimize
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration is a plus
Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources is a plus
To equip women with the tools, training and resources needed to feed, generate income to control their future and secure their children’s future. We co-create programs with each community, collaborating with government bodies to build holistic solutions tailored to each community’s unique needs. Our programs aim to train, build and scale. We work with women and youth, training them on modern, eco-friendly agriculture techniques to help them transform their economies to be a more inclusive, productive and sustainable one..
Ripples works in Ghana, Madagascar and Nigeria, and has worked funded and provided funding that has benefited over 6,000 since it's inception in the UK in 2005. We currently have a Farm project: http://ripplesfoundation.ngo/ripples-farms.php; and an Experential Internship program: http://ripplesfoundation.ngo/internship.php We want to encourage American youth to develop international lenses and become immersed in a rich culture where they are part of the solution as well as create a hands on learning environment on creative ways to humanitarian efforts. We are in partnership with a several universities and successfully completed a trips with students from Europe and the United States. We want to raise funds and awareness for the program. We have several reports and videos from past students after their visits. We have several projects going on in Africa which served as an internship for the students.
